1. Agreement and eligibility

By using GolVolt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the workspace. Mandatory rights under the law applicable to you are not excluded.

The record above states the minimum age. You may use GolVolt only if you meet that age and any higher age or eligibility rule that applies to betting-analysis features where you live. An organisation user confirms authority to act for that organisation.

2. What GolVolt is—and is not

  • GolVolt is a football data-analysis service: results and live scores, team and player statistics, strength and form ratings, model probabilities expressed as percentages, editorial/AI-assisted analysis, and tools for keeping a record of your own reasoning.
  • GolVolt is not a bookmaker and not a betting intermediary. It accepts no stakes, places no bets, holds no customer funds, sells no picks or tips, and brokers no access to any gambling operator.
  • Nothing here is financial, investment or legal advice, a guaranteed result, or an instruction to gamble. Data and model output can be incomplete, delayed or corrected after an upstream provider changes it; verify material information independently.
  • You remain responsible for your own decisions and for the rules that apply where you live. If gambling stops being enjoyable, use licensed local support and self-exclusion tools.

3. Accounts, credentials and private links

  • Provide an email you control and keep your device and inbox secure. One-time codes, signed login cookies, invite codes, share links and unsubscribe links can grant access or perform an action; do not post them publicly.
  • You are responsible for actions made through your valid credentials until you log out, revoke a share where available, or promptly report suspected compromise.
  • Display names and private-room activity must not impersonate, harass, expose another person or infringe rights. A room owner controls whom they invite, but may not bypass GolVolt access controls.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use GolVolt unlawfully, deceptively or to harm another person.
  • Do not attack, probe, overload, scrape contrary to published crawler rules, evade rate limits, bypass authentication or attempt to access another user's data.
  • Do not upload or share malware, confidential credentials, unlawful content, personal data you lack authority to use, or material that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
  • Reasonable personal use and standards-compliant search crawling are permitted. Written permission is required for resale, systematic extraction, model training on protected output or a competing data feed.

5. Your content and licence

You retain rights in content you submit. You give the service provider a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence limited to hosting, copying, securing, formatting and displaying it as needed to operate the feature you chose. This ends when the content is deleted, except for temporary backups, lawful records and copies another user rightfully retained from an authorised share.

Feedback may be used to improve GolVolt without identifying you. Do not include information you are not authorised to disclose.

6. GolVolt and third-party rights

The GolVolt software, design and original copy are protected. Fixture, odds, crest, player, news, social and media material may belong to data providers, clubs, leagues, publishers, platforms or other owners and is subject to source terms.

Links and externally hosted media do not imply endorsement. Third-party services may be unavailable, inaccurate or subject to separate terms and privacy practices. GolVolt is not affiliated with FIFA or any club, league, bookmaker or media platform unless expressly stated.

7. Availability and changes

GolVolt may correct data, change or retire features, impose fair usage limits, maintain the service or suspend access needed to protect users, rights or security. Reasonable notice will be used for a material adverse change where practicable and required by law.

No uninterrupted or error-free service is promised. Historical and live information can be incomplete, delayed or corrected after an upstream provider changes it.

8. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, GolVolt is provided as available and without a warranty that predictions, prices, availability or third-party material are accurate, complete or fit for a particular wager.

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those rules, the provider is not responsible for gambling losses or indirect loss caused by reliance on informational predictions, an external service or use contrary to these terms.

9. Suspension and ending use

You may stop using GolVolt and request account/data action through the published contacts. The provider may restrict or suspend an account for a material or repeated breach, security risk, legal requirement or harm to another user, using proportionate notice and an explanation where law and security permit.

Terms that by nature must survive—such as accrued rights, ownership, lawful records and permitted liability limits—continue after use ends.

10. Law, disputes and changes to these terms

The configured governing law and venue apply only to the extent they do not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection or access to a competent court under applicable law. Contact the general address first so the provider can try to resolve a concern promptly.

A material terms change will update the version and effective date. If consent is legally required, continued use alone will not replace that consent. The current published version governs future use; a change does not retroactively remove accrued mandatory rights.

11. GolVolt Pro: subscription and season pass

GolVolt Pro is a paid access tier to analysis features—full ranking depth, the per-fixture analysis panel, exports and the other Pro surfaces described on the offer page. It sells depth and tools. It does not sell picks, an edge, a guaranteed return or any bet.

Prices are shown at checkout before you pay, in the currency charged and including any applicable tax. The checkout page is the binding price; no price stated anywhere else overrides it.

Invoices: the payment receipt Stripe sends is not an invoice. If you need one, ask at the general contact address in the record above within three months from the end of the month in which you paid. A request made by the end of that month is invoiced by the 15th day of the next month; a later request within 15 days of receiving it. The invoice carries the seller details from the record above, including the NIP.

  • Monthly subscription: billed for one month at a time and renewing automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
  • Season pass: a single payment for one stated season. It does NOT renew automatically and never becomes a subscription.
  • Cancel a monthly subscription at any time from the customer portal linked on the Pro page. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it is not a mid-period termination.
  • After cancellation, paid access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Your account and its data are then kept and deleted on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment provider. Card details never reach GolVolt's servers.

12. 14-day right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU/EEA you have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from it, without giving a reason.

GolVolt does NOT ask you to waive this right for digital content, and does not deduct for use during the period. Ask within 14 days and the payment is refunded in full, to the same payment method, without questions—for the monthly subscription and the season pass alike.

To withdraw, write to the general contact address in the record above with the email address on the account. A clear statement is enough; no form is required. The refund is issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive it.

13. Complaints

Send a complaint about a payment, an entitlement or the service to the general contact address in the record above. Describe the problem, the account email and what you expect; attach anything that helps.

Complaints are answered within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, your right to use out-of-court dispute resolution or a competent court is unaffected.
